Every August our church has a Father-Child Retreat. The last several years they've gone to Lake Murray in Oklahoma. They leave Friday morning, and return Sunday afternoon. The cabin sleeps at least a couple families, and this is the one the Rabes always get.
Caitlin started band camp this Monday. Three practices a day, 7-11 am, 1-4 pm and 6:30-9:30 pm. Not hard to figure out why they've won Grand Nationals! It also takes a lot of money and volunteers. It's a lot of fun for the kids, though. We even bought season tickets for all the LD Bell home football games. Of course, we all go for the band. Trinity is known for their football team.
